Glitchers take over under ground

Dozens of avatars were sadly destroyed this morning as they were ambushed by a group known as the "Glitchers", Unknown to the city facilitators, the Glitchers had been secretly expanding and modifying the Sydney underground system, so as to turn the underground of Sydney into their own private gaming platform.
The Glitchers have also developed their own AI Guards in a further contravention of the site rules. These guards are considered to be extremely dangerous pieces of code that are to be avoided at all costs. The Glitchers have also been using randomly ambushing players and AIs, TACK this morning advised of a potential danger for Identity theft and has advised participators to avoid all train stations and underground passages.
TACK plans to run a clearing program a some time in the next 24hrs to locate and destroy all glitchers and AI guards.

Online Protest



With the war in Iran looming, its estimated that hundreds of thousands of people in the last 24hrs, in a case of out of control viral activism have logged into the the online Sydney City 2030 experiment to protest. The virtual city Web Cam's have captured shocking footage of Sydney burning as peace protesters clashed with patriotic virtual brigands, random vandals clashed with collectives of designers attempting to defend their virtual creations. A spokes-person for TACK the creators of Virtual Sydney stated this morning that they officially have lost control of the city and estimate the damage to be in the billions of credit points.

"The State Rail Corporation today announced the winner of its Devonshire St tunnel redesign competition. The winning designer "piA+a" was unavailable for comment but the design can be experienced online by logining into VSC and visiting the Devonshire St Tunnel. Other selected entries can also be experienced by scrolling option panels mounted at each end of the tunnel."
